Terms and Conditions

1- Cancellation of online lessons
To cancel your lesson, you can simply send us an email or sms and wait for my email to confirm the cancellation. However, please note that I must receive it 5 hours before the scheduled start of the lesson. 
2-My refund policy 
If a student cannot attend his/her current course due to personal reasons, he/she may transfer the balance of the course (i.e. the remaining lessons) to another agreed, later date. No administration fee will be charged for this service. 
3-Lateness for online lessons 
Please be on time for your online lessons. I will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for you to come to your class. 
It is strongly advised that you check that your hardware and Internet connection are fit for online learning. 
4-Teacher cancellations 
Although I will try to be available to teach all online lessons 100% of the time, there may be times when my personal circumstances mean that I have to cancel a lesson myself at short notice, i.e. on the same day of the lesson. However, in this eventuality your lesson will be rescheduled at a time later in the month. 
5-Regular study times 
To secure your regular study slot, it is strongly advised that you book in advance to avoid disappointment. 
6-Sharing online lessons with other people 
Please note that this in a one-to-one service. However, should the student wish to invite a friend, only the person who has paid for the online lessons will be directly addressed in class.
7-Behavior during online lessons 
Inappropriate student behaviour during the online lesson is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.
8-Price increases 
From time to time, it may be necessary to raise the price per lesson. However, such increases will only take place to reflect an increase in operating costs.

How to Plan Your Best Year Ever

1. Reflect on the last year  “Experience teaches you nothing. Evaluated experience teaches you something.” – Andy Stanley.  Your experiences from the last year can help you create your best year yet, but you have to evaluate those experiences. To evaluate the last year, look back at your calendar and see how you spent your time each month, week, and day.  Questions to ask:  What are your overall feelings for the last year?  What did you like about last year? What did you accomplish?  What did you hate about last year?
